The attention of the staff. Sometimes a little pasotas. You asked them for something and they didn't bring it to you or you had to remember it many times. And yet sometimes they did and sometimes they didn't.

It didn't have hydromassage as it said, and they left two days small details in the room.

Great value for money with superb service. the gym, swimming pool and sauna facilities are amazing. the location was perfect for me, a bit isolated but quiet and picturesque. I enjoyed the privacy that our room offered, and the clean and modern design of the bathroom.
The parking options were limited and expensive. the main negative was the breakfast, which had very few options and poor quality.

This hotel has spacious rooms with kitchenettes, comfortable beds, and great views. the staff is friendly and helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport or downtown. There are many other good restaurants around the area that are worth exploring. the breakfast is included and offers a variety of options, including an omelet station and fresh fruits. the hotel has a gym, sauna, pool, and coffee shop to enjoy.
The restaurant and bar could improve the quality of their dishes and offer a better selection.

Had a Christmas stay here and enjoyed the festive atmosphere with great decorations and cheerful staff. The breakfast was impressive; lots of options including an omelet station. I also appreciated the free shuttle service to/from the airport, which made my arrival and departure easier. It’s located in a central area, so it was easy to get to tourist spots and restaurants.
The bathroom design was not practical at all, with a see-through door and glass side walls that offered no privacy. , the housekeeping staff didn’t knock before entering the room, which made me feel uncomfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering complimentary transportation to and from the airport, making my arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a sauna and swimming pool, and the Jacuzzi was a unique experience. Additionally, my room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants serving delicious food, including some of the city's best.
